The closing ceremony of Vasantotsav-2025 was held with great enthusiasm, with the esteemed presence of Governor Shri Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh and other dignitaries. The event celebrated the vibrant natural resources and cultural heritage of Uttarakhand, providing a platform for gardeners, entrepreneurs, and floral growers to showcase their products.
Vasantotsav serves as a significant initiative by the Garden Department, offering opportunities for local producers to exhibit their work while allowing the general public to explore and purchase a diverse range of flora and horticultural products. This festival not only promotes entrepreneurship but also highlights the state’s deep connection with nature and sustainability.
On this special occasion, the winners of various competitions held during the festival were honored for their outstanding contributions. The event was further graced by the presence of Smt. Geeta Dhami, wife of Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, adding to the grandeur of the celebrations.
